Local Crescent is a landmark residential community in Manchester and Salford, defined by ground breaking amenities and a luxury lifestyle offer.
The development brings 399 apartments and seven townhouses across three striking towers, creating a unique place to live with private balconies and views over multiple landscaped gardens. Residents enjoy a hotel grade experience with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam facilities and on site home working spaces only moments from their front door.

The Project
Local Crescent's apartments are crafted for contemporary city living with refined interiors and smart layouts. Homes feature Magnet German designed kitchens with integrated appliances, Vitra bathrooms and ensuites, and Hansgrohe brassware. The location places residents within easy reach of key city hubs, transport links, cafés and local retail, blending convenience with a strong sense of community.
Domis Utilities acted as the integrated utilities partner for Local Crescent, managing all utility related activities from early works to handover. Our scope covered service disconnections, temporary utility supplies to maintain productivity during construction, and the full coordination of permanent water and electrical connections sized for the completed development.
Technical delivery included the high voltage connection to the distribution network and the management of complex offsite works to bring resilient capacity to a constrained city centre site. We sequenced permits and approvals with local authorities and statutory providers to de risk the critical path and protect testing, commissioning and occupation dates.
Our approach focuses on one accountable team from first excavation to final connection. By integrating disconnections, diversions, temporary strategies and permanent connections into a single programme, we remove handoffs, reduce risk and deliver right first time outcomes for developers and residents.
Local Crescent’s amenity offer is supported by the utilities backbone we installed and commissioned. Residents benefit from a fully equipped gym, private cinema suite, stylish lounges, a residents workspace, and access to landscaped courtyards and rooftop terraces, all underpinned by reliable power and water infrastructure.
