VIVERE will replace a once neglected plot on Cornbrook with a 24 storey building that combines residential apartments with an aparthotel offer. The development will deliver 237 homes, made up of 74 one bedroom and 158 two-bedroom apartments alongside five luxury penthouses with private terraces and views across the canals, Salford Quays and the city. A further 88 aparthotel studios will occupy four floors, bringing additional footfall and long-term vitality to the site.

Domis Utilities is delivering essential infrastructure including a new high voltage substation to secure resilient electrical capacity, new water connections sized for both residential and aparthotel demand, and temporary utility supplies that keep the project productive through construction and commissioning. All utilities activities are planned and coordinated with the main works so critical path milestones are protected.
