Domis Utilities acted as the integrated utilities partner from early works to handover, managing all utility related activities to protect the programme and minimise disruption. Our scope covered service disconnections, temporary utility supplies to keep construction productive, and the full coordination of permanent water and electrical connections, including the high voltage connection and complex offsite works required to bring resilient capacity to the building.

Our approach is permit first and programme led. Strong relationships with local authorities and statutory providers brought approvals forward, while our high rise and city centre expertise ensured safe delivery in a constrained urban environment. Utilities activities were sequenced with the main works so critical path milestones for testing, commissioning and occupation were achieved on time.

Technical delivery included isolating and removing legacy services, establishing temporary power and water to support fit out and commissioning, and completing the HV connection to the distribution network operator alongside the permanent metered water supply. We oversaw inspections, quality assurance and energisation to ensure right first time outcomes and a clean transition to operation.

Residents at Burlington Square benefit from an exceptional communal reception with extensive lounge and workspace areas, supported by reliable power and water infrastructure. Apartments feature modern Magnet Kitchens with built in CDA appliances, and the wider building offers curated lifestyle amenities including shared lounges, a fully equipped resident gym and either a landscaped courtyard or rooftop terrace, with convenient access to cafés and local retail.

The result is a city centre residential address crafted for contemporary living and delivered with utilities without uncertainty.
