Domis Utilities acted as the integrated utilities partner for Cluny Mews, managing all utility related activities from early works to handover. Our scope included service disconnections, temporary water and temporary power to maintain productivity during construction, and the full coordination of permanent water and electrical connections sized for residential and commercial demand.
Technical delivery covered the installation of new low voltage supplies and the management of complex infrastructure and offsite works required to bring resilient capacity to a constrained urban site. We sequenced approvals, isolations, metering, inspections and energisation in line with the build programme to ensure a clean transition from temporary to permanent services.
Our permit first, programme led approach and strong relationships with local authorities and statutory providers reduced risk on the critical path. One accountable team coordinated design, installation, testing and commissioning so that handoffs were removed and right first time outcomes were achieved. Handover was completed on time and within budget, protecting quality and safety standards throughout.
