Domis Utilities acted as the integrated multi-utility partner for Hallam Towers, providing end-to-end delivery from early works to final connection. Our team managed all utility-related aspects of the project to protect the programme and budget, coordinating design, installation, testing and energisation to ensure a seamless handover and reliable day-one operation.
The scope covered the full multi-utility installation, including new low-voltage electric networks, new gas and water networks and the Gas Routine Operation (RO) required for connection. We established temporary water and temporary electric supplies to maintain productivity during construction and coordinated all permanent utility connections to align with build milestones and client handovers.
Delivery demanded careful planning around complex infrastructure constraints. Domis Utilities navigated off-site interfaces, approvals and inspections with statutory providers while sequencing isolations, metering and commissioning in line with the main works. Strong relationships with local authorities and a permit-first approach brought approvals forward and reduced risk on the critical path.
